Ingrid Jones is a graduate of Pratt Institute, where she studied Creative Writing and sharpened her editorial skills through literary magazine work. She is passionate about "weird girl fiction" and stories with magical realism, body horror, or girls becoming beasts. As a writer, she specializes in speculative fiction and contemporary young adult. Alongside her work at TYWI, she also does editorial and publicity work for Scattterbrain Magazine. Ingrid lives in New York with her two cats, where she maintains a junk journal and slogs away at her own novel.
