My name is Sara Merhi, I'm 18, and from Lebanon. I just graduated high school and will be majoring in bussines, with an emphasis on marketing, in university. I learned English when I was younger and became fluent, which fueled my love for writing in this language. I passed through a time where I believed I couldn't write anymore, but then regained my confidence this year. This is one of the reasons I decided to join TYWI. I can now have a platform to inspire young writers like myself, especially by sharing their work on our literary journal, since positive affirmation had, and still motivates me to continue writing and face my doubts.
