Riya M. Cyriac is the Executive Director of The Young Writers Initiative, a nonprofit organization dedicated to educating, servicing, and inspiring young writers. She is also the Co-EIC of Juven, a youth literary magazine and press. She is also the Social Media intern for Khalisa Rae, a tax and marketing intern for Melig Business Solutions, and more, so she has well versed interests. She is also a writer and has been published or forthcoming in Superfroot, the Lumiere Review, Anser Journal, and more. 

I am looking forward to mentoring a passionate young person who wants to create something with their passion, whether it be a literary magazine, a business, or an organization. They don't have to be in the writing sphere, though I would love to see some fellow writers apply. All she asks is that you have a general idea of what you want to start or already have something started.
