Some things to know
We have weekly board meetings and expect one representive from each sector to attend
We have a lot of programs, and thus, help out other board members with their work
We will challenge you, but we also expect you to be self-motivation and responsible
We care dearly about our volunteers and directors. You will also go through an onboarding training in January. This is mandatory.
We prefer passion over experience, so if you're worried that you don't "have enough," don't worry! We want to see passionate people. Experience can be taught.
This is a selective process, so even if you don't get it, that doesn't mean you are less than anyone. You will find your window of opportunity :)
